Chef Mat  is a graduate from   Connecticut Culinary Institute    New Haven, Ct. with an Associates degree in Culinary Arts.

Chef Mat is "American Tasting Institute" Culinary Excellence award winner 2001 and has Developed recipes for Legoland, Jose' Cuervo, & Bacardi.  

Chef Mat is currently  the Executive chef @ The Links at Summerly                   Lake Elsinore, Ca.
